We brought a lovely black Peugeot. Saw this on Saturday then we picked it up yesterday afternoon (Thursday) and from the moment of us seeing the vehicle to test driving it, the smooth transaction of buying it was quick and an enjoyable experience, the staff were friendly and helpful. Brilliant service. Walked in explaining we want to buy a car and don’t want to sit talking forever about extras. Listened to everything we wanted, relaxed atmosphere, no pushy sales just good vibes. Super helpful, process was quick and helped to set up car tax etc whilst I was setting up insurance. Drove away same day with a clean beautiful car, 3 months warrantee, clean MOT and even some fuel to get me home!

I bought a gorgeous Mini Cooper S, it had a couple of faults, but they wouldn't let me have it until it was fully fixed, which to me is great service, as many dealers wouldn't care! Recently I had the AC compressor on my Astra replaced on warranty. The car was away for a week for diagnosis and repair, but during that time I was kept informed on the progress of my vehicle. I cannot fault the attention and care that was afforded to me during this time. The only disappointment was that a courtesy car was not available for me to use and unfortunately I had to spend almost £300 on car hire which stung a bit and unfortunately any recompense for car hire is not covered by the warranty. However, I would highly recommend The Drivers Gallery staff to anyone thinking of purchasing a used car. Garage and warranty staff are courteous, helpful and patient . Thank you.

Exceptional Company
I bought a Nissan Qashqai from here. Tim was fantastic throughout the sale process along with a friendly delivery service. I waited a couple of days longer but it was well worth it. We recently purchased a Hyundai i30 for my 21-year-old daughter from Drivers Gallery in Bromsgrove, and the whole experience was excellent. Ashley Potter assisted us throughout the process and was absolutely brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy.

We appreciated the no-pressure approach, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. We did notice that the passenger-side electric window wasn’t working, but Ashley had already flagged this and assured us it was scheduled to be fixed. It’s great to see that level of honesty and proactive service.

Overall, we were extremely happy with both the car and the service. Would highly recommend Drivers Gallery and Ashley Potter to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hassle-free car buying experience. We’ll definitely be back when the time comes for our next car!

Drivers gallery - I have nothing but brilliant things to say about them.
I Bought an automatic car back in May from drivers gallery, I completely fell in love with the car the moment i saw it and after test driving it. (we travelled from South Wales) almost 3 months after buying the car unfortunately there was a complete gearbox failure. I spoke to staff who were more than happy to help and deal with this straight away with that they immediately picked the car up from south wales had it checked and fixed immediately and returned to me. I'm so pleased with how fast this was resolved.
Staff have been amazing start to finish communication has been brilliant.
I would like to thank all staff and Bradley for the professional way they dealt with my car and us how quick they responded if I had any questions.

Recently bought a BMW 3 Series Coupe from the Drivers Gallery and every step of the way they were top drawer. Very honest photos and description of the vehicle along with a very fair price. When I rang and had a chat they couldn't have been more polite and helpful.

Travelled from Swansea to collect the car and was pleasantly surprised by how good the car actually was. Surpassed all my expectations and I feel like I've found a real gem.
